What does it do?

Support Your Body's Natural Defense When Cold or Flu Hits

We've sent man to the moon. We've mapped the human genome. And we've eradicated many diseases. But one crowning scientific achievement that continues to elude us is curing the common cold. Colds can make you feel lousy, in more ways than one. For example, if you don't have the luxury of paid sick leave, a week-long cold can cause financial stress.

But if a cold has left you with a nagging sore throat, cough, headache, our all natural Chinese herbal supplement, InflamClear™, may provide the relief you are looking for.

Signature Formula Clears Toxic Heat

InflamClear is a special blend of Chinese herbs. Its primary action is removing toxic heat. According to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory, when external pathogenic factors, referred as Wind in TCM, strike the body, they invade it progressively from its surface to the deep layers, generating signs include sore throat, swollen tonsils, mild fever and yellow nasal discharge etc. These signs are called Wind Heat or toxic heat in TCM but are recognized as an indication of inflammation in Western medicine.

Meanwhile, the body mobilizes its immune system to fight the invasion. What InflamClear does is to help rally your body's natural ability to defend and remove the external invader, thus alleviating symptoms.

How Does InflamClear Work?

InflamClear is composed of 4 Chinese herbs that are shown clinically capable of clearing invading toxic forces.

Chuan Xin Lian (Andrographis) is one of the most widely used herbs in TCM. It is a heat-clearing and detoxifying herb that is used especially for removing heat in the lung and cough caused by lung heat. Pu Gong Ying (Dandelion) clears heat and drains fire. In TCM applications, it's used for sore throat, and swelling in the tonsils. Xia Ku Cao (Prunella) clears Liver fire and reduces swelling. The fourth herb in the formula, Bai Hua She She Cao (Snake tongue Grass) also removes toxic heat as well as dampness. This herb is commonly used in TCM for sore throats and cough from Lung heat.

Does Research Supports InflamClear?

All four herbs in this formula have been shown in studies to possess inhibitory roles against harmful bacteria. To be clear, they do not kill viruses or bacteria directly, rather they appear to support a healthy immune response of the body to the pathogens. Among them, andrographis (Chuan Xin Lian) is extensively studied for its clinical use in China for acute respiratory tract infections. 1 Noticeably, Andrographolide, an active ingredient isolated from andrographis appears to have anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory effects among other benefits. 2,3
