What does it do?
Er Chen He San Zi Yang Qin Wan (Er Chen He San Zi Yang Qin Pian, Er Chen Wan,
二陈合三子养亲丸),
literally "Two Aged Herbs & Three Seeds Nursing Pills" in Chinese,
promotes qi flow to eliminate phlegm and regulates qi flow to harmonize the middle
energizer.† The Chinese formula is a combination of two ancient formulas of
Er Chen Tang and San Zi Yang Qin Tang. The Chinese herb is applicable for chronic cough with heavy
voice and profuse whitish or grayish sticky or mass-like sputum; fullness and distress
in the chest and epigastric region; vomiting, nausea, anorexia, general fatigue and
loose stools.† It is also used for chronic bronchitis and asthma.†

How do I use it?
Take 5 to 7 pills or 3 to 4 tablets three times daily.

Use Discretion
Er Chen He San Zi Yang Qin Wan is similar to
Qing Qi Hua Tan Wan
and Bai He Gu Jin Wan
in use for cough and phlegm. But Er Chen He San Zi Yang Qin Wan is more for chronic cough with
heavy and hoarse voice and thick white or gray phlegm, especially in association with digestion
problems.

Side Effects
Er Chen He San Zi Yang Qin Wan (Pian) has been safely used with few adverse effects.

Cautious Notes
1. Avoid oily, spicy food while taking the product.
2. Discontinue use if fever occurs or cough or phlegm gets worse while taking the product.
