Bao He Wan (Bao He Pian,
保和丸)
promotes digestion, removes stagnated food and regulates the stomach†.
The herbal formula is used for the retention of food, distension of fullness in the
abdomen, eructating foul odor and acid reflux, loss of appetite†.
It is also used for disharmony between the spleen and stomach, stomachache due to
damp stagnation, indigestion, oppression and depression over the chest
and diarrhea due to weak function of the spleen†.
Suitable for both adults and children.

How do I use it?
